DIMENSION CONTROL

We perform dimension control (laser measurement of thickness of ground steel bars) with programme MICROSCAN. Programme is used together with laser measurement system Keyence, which enables us to capture, save and virtualize measurements of products dimensions.

While laser measurement device is inspecting bars, the data about dimension of individual bar is printed on the screen in different colours based on previously selected tolerant area.

Programme enables protection against intrusion as well as saving data. Data is used for monitoring work and checking if SPC machine functions properly.

That way of work enables us to be successful and efficient at controlling of width of ground steel bars.
